Speedy Car Logistics Coral Springs operates as a vehicle shipping agent, arranging transport with licensed and insured motor carriers. The assigned carrier performs the physical transport and is responsible for the vehicle while in its custody.
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including vehicle dimensions, operability, and pickup and delivery locations. Material changes to that information may change the price. Quotes are valid for seven days unless stated otherwise.
No payment is required until a carrier is assigned and dispatched. Unless agreed otherwise, a portion is charged at dispatch and the balance is paid to the driver at delivery in the form the carrier accepts.
You may cancel at no charge at any time before a carrier is dispatched. After dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the carrier's committed capacity.
Dates provided are estimates unless a guaranteed date has been purchased in writing. Weather, traffic, mechanical failure, DOT inspections and hours-of-service rules can affect timing.
Vehicles must be free of leaks, have working brakes and steering, and contain no more than a quarter tank of fuel. Personal belongings left in the vehicle are transported at your own risk and are not covered by cargo insurance.
Assigned carriers maintain cargo insurance as required by federal regulation. Any new damage must be recorded on the bill of lading at delivery and reported to us the same day. Claims filed after a clean signed delivery are difficult to pursue.
Our liability as an agent is limited to the amount paid for the arrangement of transport. We are not liable for consequential damages including loss of use, rental costs or missed appointments.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Broward County.
